A young executive family; great taste in art, adventurous in spirit, and willing to trust. The home was built in a french style, and I wanted to make the house feel as if it had been there 200 years. Layers and layers of weathered grays were used on the structure to create age and history. Antiques and modern pieces were curated with great care to create a place that felt both historical and totally of the moment. Modern art was used liberally throughout, mixed with objets found in the couple's travels. Navy and orange were the staples in the color palette for the furnishings, achieving a fresh and youthful feeling.
